Aftermarket choke tubes for HR shotguns?

I was doing a lot of searches on the net to obtain some information on aftermarket rifled choke tubes for the H&R 12 guage shotgun. I  looked extensively and could not find any manufacturer that offers a rifled choke tube that fits the gun. I am looking for one for my Dad. I have a rifled choke tube that is about four inches long for mine but I can't find the package with the name of the manufacturer. So there must be some other gun that this is made for that will fit the H&R.

Could anyone enlighten me on this topic?

It's in the FAQS but any that fit mossberg will work
