do the make a factory 243 or 44mag barrel  that is 21 or 23 inches long thanks guys

If you are referring to the 243 Winchester, that cartridge is too high of pressure for the T/C G2 Contender.  As for the 44 Remington Magnum barrel, yes they do, look at the links below.
