I have long been saying that some are educated beyond their intelligence. I have noticed in my 60 years of living that many times, (not always but,) the more education some folks get, the less they rely on their God given common sense. I do however, doubt that these particular "idealists" ever had any of the former.

How true this is!!  Many times in the work place and other areas I have crossed paths with so called educated people. The problem is many (not all) have not a lick of common sense. I have often wondered how some of these people are able to drive to work.
I have always thought that its common sense that gets you through life, not four years of indoctrination, by liberal professors, in one of our institutes of higher learning.

Dee, I couldn't have said it better. My son used to refer to some people as educated idiots. You can't teach common sense. ;D I'm reminded of the time the police and fire dept were at a train tressel where a tractor trailer had become stuck. They scratched their heads until some kid suggested letting the air out of the tires on the cars the truck was transporting and they did.

YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID!!!!
99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.
