saved some money

I measured the oal of my handi's using the old " cleaning rod and bullet " method. Got to wondering how close I was to so-called accurate. Took the barrel's and bullet's over to a guy's house who had the stoney oal tool's. There was 0.017 and 0.018 difference between his and mine measurement's. Wondering does it do any damage to the barrel's, loading into or just at the land's? Almost alway's at starting load. Really surprised me that the " cheap " measurement was so accurate, if 0.018 difference is accurate ???
I believe everything that happen's, or will happen, was created, or created in the future, GOD knew and created from the very beginning of the foundation of the universe.       Dale
