Pyrodex Pellets Cold Sensitivity?

I've been hunting with a Encore 50 cal. for four years now and every year I am having the same problem.I am siteing in gun in warm weather(aug.-sep.)then in cold weather (NOV.)I'm ALWAYS shooting 3-4in. low.Has any one had experiance with Pyrodex cold sensitivity?

I've read where temp changes can affect velocity/moisture absorbtion...  I believe that if you were to write Hodgdon Pyrodex Div. they'd  say  would be best to sight-in your Encore just before hunting.  Hey, this is black powder season!

ah yes weather plays a big role in shooting all times of the year! hot days verses cold days can change your impact! even with centerfire rifles! exp! i have a couple of long range rifles!  100yd zero  on a day with a 60 degree temputure is  dead zero! (know these are actual targets i have shot ) same gun, load on a day with a 78 temp loads were 1.5 inches higher! know same gun,load on a 45 tep day load was 1.75 low!  a 20 degree temp change can and will change poi a full moa  and at longer distances it is very touchy!  i zeroed my muzzleloader in august! 85 degrees out 3 inches high at 100!  dec when i checked it for hunting to reconfirm  it was 1. 5 inches high! go figure! 100 grains pellets and a 295 powerbelt bullet!  there is know magic formula you need to shoot! period and log the info down on your gun and loads

Thanks for the feedback guys,the main reason I need to correct this is I start deer hunting in October and don't finish until the end of December,if I have a free day during cold weather,...I'M HUNTING.So I would like to be able to trust my September site-in.
     I've been playing the Kentucky windage game to allow for bullet drop,but one of these days with a few seconds to shoot at a big buck I can see a potential low hit or mised deer.
    Has any one else out there come accross this problem?

I'm not into physics or nothing burned up too many brain cells
I do know a race engine has to have jetting adjusted to go with temp. changes  the cooler the air the more dense it is causing motors to run lean on fuel.
So I guess colder air causes more drag on bullet
