TC customer Service
« on: December 10, 2009, 01:52:46 PM »
I just aquired a barrel in trade and found that it had a one piece lug and not the two.  It locks on to the frame once closed to the point I had to take it apart...  No worries, I was prepared for this and knew what I would have to do to fix it.  I have heard everything from free lugs from TC to they are charging now...

One week ago.
I called Fox Ridge first, by mistake,  They were friendly and promptly gave me the number I needed.  She also told me to try after 5pm but before 8pm and added that they are very busy.
I called TC, push button menu and waited 10 minutes and hung up.
I called TC, push button menu and eventually left a message.'
The next day I called a few more times each time leaving the phone on for 5-10 minutes and got bored and would hang up.

I got through, after 5pm...  The Customer service representative was very friendly and immedietly offered to send the lugs.  Asked for my address and said 10 days to two weeks.  Free and wouldn't take shipping from me.

Today I got a return call on my phone.  "sir we got your message and appologize for taking so long to get back to you....please call us back."

Although I am still waiting on the lugs to come I am satisfied with the friendly service.

If you are trying to get ahold of them..be patient and once you get someone on the phone you'll get what you need.

I tried to call a little while back a couple times and got hung up on, left messages, and got transferred numerous times with no help or answers to my question. after a day or two with no callback I noticed a email for customer service on the website. I sent a email with my question early one morning and within four hours anice lady called me back and gave me my answer. I have had some frustrating times with T/C but I think they try pretty hard most of the time.
