MSNBC hints that 'Change is a coming"
« on: December 11, 2009, 04:45:11 AM »
listened to them this am. we all know they are the mouthpiece of the Obama White House. they were suggesting that rumours are starting that Rahm Emanual white house chief of staff is going to take the fall for the disasterous first year failure of the agenda thgat he has orchusrated. not because of his direct hands on leadership in the agenda was wrong simply because they need to make everyone think there is a change in obama and his direction.

strickly speaking of the political failures they hinted that obama has realized that he must shift drasticly if the democrates are to have any hope in 2010 as well as the next presidential election. they hinted that was why we saw and heard the speech he gave. they say ....he had to do it as he was loseing rapidly all those in the middle that were sick to their stomachs over his series of apology tours. no they will proceed with the heath care come what may and with cap and trade just because they can not turn now and keep the far left base. they say on the war fronts and job fronts they are going all out to convince the center that he is a war president and a president concerned with the unemployment situation. they admitted that the "tea baggers" like it or not or the ones that will decide the next elections and they see that something must be done to stop the slide of middle of the road democrates from going with them.

on jobs they are going to use all means available to use unspent and returned TARP funds to creat jobs or at least the illusion of trying to do something. on the war fronts lots more tuff talk and so on to make everyone believe he is a strong president. this they say must be done to win in 2010.

so here we are they in so much have told us to our face its all a show nothing more that a calculated decision to win an election nothing more. they even said that if they win then he can finish his agenda in those 4 years.

not one word was said about doing something because it was the right thing or because it needed to be done for the nations sake. only because it would get them reelected.

the arrogance of these idiots is simply stunning. they have the balls to tell all who are listening just how they plan to outright hoodwink people even admitting they have no real interest in helping anyone but themselves.

be forewarned of the wolf in a sheeps clothing.

Why? # 1 they aren't idiots. Their actually pretty sly. They got a majority of the vote DESPITE, Obama's past and present, personal relationships, and DESPITE his lack of experience, and DESPITE his unwillingness to vote in the Senate, and on and on.

I BELIEVE THEIR ARROGANCE IS WELL FOUNDED. Americans fell for it once, and they will fall for it again. I hope I'm wrong, but I'll bet I'm not.
When the Democrats are finished making their mess, then Americans will give the Republicans THEIR TURN, at THEIR MESS. It all works out.
When all of our freedoms and wealth is gone, Americans will stand and say: Who caused this? It will not occur to them, and they will not accept the blame, and will point at everyone except themselves, but their grand children, if they live, will know. Their freedoms were voted away, a little at a time. :(

He already lost his 'far left base'.  They are disatisfied with his troop surge and his sell-out to the insurance companies on the health care issue.  Check out what his ol' bomber buddy Ayers has to say about Bombo now.

Center!  Looks like everybody goes for the center/mediocrity. I say call a spade a spade and be what you is.

The Republicans do it too. Look at their website and the direction they have taken under their new affirmative action chairman, Steele.
They all meet in the 'center', dems and repubs.

This all equals no choice for Americans. Smoke and mirrors.

I have to agree. They are sly and sneaky and pretty darn good liars to boot.

The way a large majority of the voters ate their bull manure ( this is a family forum) up lock, stock, and barrel doesn't say much for the intelligence of the electorate either. The latest approval poll numbers I saw suggest that some are waking up though.

steele... he does seem like an affirmative action poster boy.  if they want a good republican that represents black heritage in a prideful and decent way they could use keyes... oh yeah he's not a liar and wouldn't bow to the federal reserve, elite families, welfare/god-state.... nevermind he's no good

the more I hear on this site, the more I question the republican party.

he is still the same puppet he was before he went to the socialist snuff can.
Any number of days or years from now he will be the same.
What will change will be his words. Listen and listen well, you will still hear the old lies.
You just have to listen harder.

The average American voter says, fool me once, shame on George Bush; fool me twice, shame on George Bush.  And that's the way it is going to be until the mainly liberal news media dies off.  For that to happen, the journalism schools will have to be shut down.  For the short term, we are screwed.  However, for the long term, we are screwed.

The average American voter say's..............I'm a Republican, so I'll vote Republican. "OR" I'm a Democrat, so I'll vote Democrat. And that attitude my friends, has led to our demise.

We are screwed because we are a nation of sheep and cannot think for ourselves, so we choose either a Republican criminal or a Democrat criminal to lead us. Let them do the thinking for us!, and when things get worse, we simply blame the other side for the problems created, and vote once again for the criminal of our choice.! He may not be exactly what we want, but He's better than the other, so we go to the polls, and we have once again done our part in preserving the union.

And down the slippery slope we continue to slide :o

So long as the non working/non productive huddled masses are allowed to vote themselves more handouts at the expense of those who work and pay taxes no improvement is possible. If we'd go back to allowing ONLY land owners to vote things would turn around completely with one or at most two election cycles.

That should never have been changed nor should women have been given the vote. Well OK if they are land owners themselves I'd go along with it.

the funny thing about the identity politics is that it's gonna cause an extreme backlash really soon... just like you were saying about changing the voting requirements greybeard- let "others" have a voice and rather than assimilate they will play the minority card

it was the way it was for a reason- and it worked too.  I am not hard-hearted completely but I must say that I don't trust most women to make the tough calls, they're just too soft psychologically. (there's a lot of bleeding heart liberal men though)  factor in the non-combative mindset, the minority card to play for affirmative action type attacks on the establishment, motherhood being an entitlement to not work if married, rob a sperm donor for a neglected childs welfare, scoring half a man's wealth via divorce, sexual favors...... like I said there was a reason for voting being exclusive in the past.

I'd like to be able to sit at home and not work once i have kids, or take my spouses fortune after separating, or just collect welfare for producing bastard children

GB, I have some issues with limiting voting to land owners, BUT! If one is on welfare I believe that one should loose their right to vote, until such time they get a job. Just because someone doesn't own land, doesn't mean they don't pay income taxes, and some that choose to rent a condo or apt, pay a hell of a lot of income tax.

the idea about land/wealth/property was based on keeping people locked out... now the wealth is based on credit not anything tangible.  at this point it wouldn't be able to deter the weak and unwilling from robbing the rest of us.  same as for the feminine voters- some women really do carry their weight and some guys are less than hard-working gentlemen- so we can't divide the stoic/business/get'r'done people by sex anymore either.  we've all talked about religion so much I'm not even gonna get into that one...  all of the identifying traits are just wedges now.  it doesn't imbus someone with a sense of community without shunning lots of others and that's keeping us from making any progress.... so the politicians stay pc and that keeps things calm for a bit but does nothing to hold the line.  I hope that obama really does rally some people for "change" through his bungling policies- I hope they feel a change of conscience and another "red scare" takes america by storm.  dee and gb- does it read in the history books like it actually was (I wasn't there- too young).

You'll have to ask GB about Jefferson and those guys, he's older than me. I didn't come along until just after the War between the States, that we in North Texas refer to a the Great Northern Aggression. ;D

I've started to notice how wigged out some people are getting when it comes to the tea party folk actually being a 3rd party force to be reckoned with. The republicans are poopin their drawers at this thought because they know they are so far left of conservative that the people would render them irrelevant. Once they get done melding the blue blood elitist wing of the party with the democrats that will only leave a conservative party to form. There won't be a 3rd party to worry about because the republicans will be done. However it won't mean jack if the one world folk get what they're after. Hope and pray we aren't too late to wake up from our slumber.

who though, who can be trusted?  steve I honestly don't know of a single politician that I can totally agree with.. just some I respect and almost trust.  I don't know if there are even enough to make a REAL CONSERVATIVE PARTY after the GOP gets totally corrupt (if it's not already).  it's gonna be a lot harder to make a party than to just reform the republican party.  I'm not saying it's all that likely though..... maybe it does need to fall.

Squib, I believe that it will fail. It has failed the people every bit as much as the dems. All they have become is a "me too" to the dems. As I said before if the one worlders get their way this is all academic anyway. I read some John Birch Society stuff 20 years ago and really thought about it and thought that yea some of it was true but alot of it sounded crazy. Well fast forward to this year and I just about stroked when it finally dawned on me that they were right after all. Ever since then I've been stocking up and hunkering down. I hope and pray to God that we will be able to turn the tide soon. Just in case we don't I hope and pray He gives us the strength to make it through it. Steve
