A NOTE OF APPRECIATION
« on: December 12, 2009, 12:43:43 AM »
I owe a lot to Redtail. He has cleared up more than one brick Wall for me.
If it was not for his willingness I would be lost to some amout of assumption, and we know how dangerous that is.
He has provided a world of information about a part of my linage.
We are ALL in this together and even though we want to avoid some of the information---such as the other side of my family that is black and decended from a Close and a slave girl--it is there and valuable.
If any of the information Redtail has provided me is needed, I will be happy to share.
Close's, Epperson's, Keys, Doyle, Major, Layton, Baker, whoever.
Blessings
TEXAS, by GOD

I second that!
Redtail has done a unbelievable amount of research for me also.
Even pieced things together that I never had any idea of.
In fact he did all this after he found out his and my gggrandfathers fought in the same battles AGAINST each other in the Civil War.
