FREE BOOKS

The last time I tried to post free VHS tapes, they were moved to the classifieds but Graybeard wrote me and said they would have been O.K. here as a topic. So we'll try books this time.

This is the complete seven volume series, THE SEAFARERS, Time-Life Books, 1978. The covers are padded and look and feel classy. They are a good read and I really enjoyed them. Lots of good illustrations. Lots of cannon stuff.

Fighting Sail...The Men-of-War...The East Indiamen...The Whalers...The Spanish Main... The Dreadnoughts...The Explorers...

Here's the real deal: They are to be shipped in a single box lot at BOOK RATE, Media Mail. You send me a cheque and pay what the shipping label reads when they arrive. That way, there is no extra going back and forth and you can get them quicker; hopefully before Christmas.

The box weighs 17 lbs.. You take your chance with the shipping cost. I can't be bothered finding the cost to individual locations.  I'm sure it won't break your piggy bank.

The first to post, "I want the books", gets them. You can send me your address through the forum Email for privacy.

Cannonmn has all rights as agent in charge for the upcoming TV serries and movie . And a book too  .

There is a position open for the King postition in the serries (upcomimg) and I can and will put in a good word for you .

Welll , DD what do you and BoomJ think ? Joined at the hip and all ? If stones are in question . I would suggest you both give up , and ask for a redeal . And then settle for womanhood .

And you carronader , you can dress up in Drag as it is the Scooothish thing to do . kilts/mendresses and all . You can keep your mouth shut too. If I can make it to the 2010 mont. shoot I will shows yous something .

It is becoming less attractive as the days go on . you know driving 16 hours to end up in the city park . Then listen to a bunch of matcho hooey about how this little rat or that was shot with a .17 or .22 at about a million yards while on the run.

and then how even more little rats were shot ......laid out on stones (the only ones in Montana or Illinos) 

proudly .....jezz .you  kill a few rats and think you done something worth a picture ? or a rolling screen saver with these little rats killed by x and heres some more killed by y . Why ? thats a good question . Just cause .

I'm guessing that on the scale you live on ...it was something ? something big ! take a pic ...quick B4 anyone forgets what you did .

BoomJ have you ever actually Fired a cannon ? I know you bought one , and made a carriage  what sort of groups are you getting ,what is your powder charge ? where are the pics ?..... Maybe you can find a nice 'blast' online and show it ?

GOD theres alot of wanta be's here get off your BUTTs and DO SOMETHING ! dont say anything about it thou unless you want every Tom ,Dick and Harry telling you this and that and how 'theyed' have done it , AFTER they wanted to know how to do it .

DD can be a pain sometimes ,but I do appologize to DD for that joined at the hip thinggy and all  .

That was just plain wrong on many levels .

If it where true he'd have shot his self dead along time ago ,and then we wouldnt have a cop as a moderator , and believe me we need a cop .

He's a big man so dragging him around with you dead wieght and all would be bad .

So I have decided to release him from the hip jointing remark . I'm sure just reading it put a death shiver right up his spine .

On the other ,If you were joined he might not shoot his own self .
