Yes David, your mold is ordered and will probably be cut by tomorrow or next day, but like I told you, not shipped till after the holliday 'mail getting lost problem' is behind us.
But I won't delete the post as there is good advise here. Keep trying, bug us on the phone and email and you WILL get through! Since there is only my wife and me, I work hardest trying to deliver good service for the orders I already have. But I do anwer all emails almost every evening, late normally, after work.
