I just snug mine up. I'm not sure if there is a torque rating or not.

Make sure you don't overtighten the nut on a hot barrel... When it cools and the barrel contracts, you'll have a bear of a time getting it off!

I like to coat my threads with some choke tube lube. Makes the barrel nuts eaiser to remove later.

If you shoot alot of rounds in a short time; recheck the nut as they loosen with rapid fire type shooting, but only tighten a hot barrel light enough to be secure, or you'll have to reheat to loosen.
