new barrel ?

thinking about getting a new barrel i would like dog &target round how does 223 shot in 14" barrel or 22/250 will shot mostley target ?

They both shoot good and 223 is cheaper if you dont reload but both are loud in a 14 inch barrel for target shooting.

My 14" Encore a cut down 26" heavy factory shoots very well as can be seen in this 3 shot group at 100yds.
