XS Sights on a Handi???

Hello everybody.  I have a Handi in .500.  I have a scope mounted on the gun.  I have been thinking about having the barrel shortened on the gun to 16".  If I do this I would like to mount Ghost Ring Sights on the gun.  I have been looking at XS Sights.  I see where they sell a setup that has a rear Ghost Ring that mounts on to your existing scope rail.  This is what I am wanting to do. 

My question on this setup is about the front sight.  I see where their "Backup" sight set is listed on their website.  What I am unclear about is whether the "Backup" sight set listed includes a front sight as well?

If so, does this sight set include everything I need to make it functional?

If not, what do I need?

I do plan on calling them.  I was just curious if anyone on the forum had any first hand experience with these sights.
