Rl-17 was developed for the Short mag line of shells. I built a 358 WSM (sambar) and rl-17 is what I have found shoots the best.

Seems pretty speedy without excess pressure in my 25 WSSM.  Next spring I'll probably try some in my .243 Win, but it's too cold for that now.     :-[
