RCBS digital scale info
« on: October 26, 2003, 07:59:41 AM »
I just bought a used RCBS Micro Pro digital scale. It didn't come with intructions. I checked it with the check weights and it is off by a little. How do I calibrate this scale, or can it be done? It has a "zero" button, which I understand, and  a "calibrate" button which I don't. I push it and it says"hold" for several minutes then says"err". Anyone know what to do?

Yep, that did it! Normally I wouldn't buy a used scale, but my dealer bought a bunch of reloading equipment from a guy who was getting out of reloading. He said he had never used it, and to tell the truth, all the stuff looked brand new. But apparently he opened the box long enough to thow the intructions away. He did keep the factory bow and all the accessories, so maybe I'll be all right. Thanks again!

Its made by Pact. I have one and its great, I am about to order the dispenser that sits next to it and is triggered by IR signals from the measure device. A progresive press withut all the powder and primer feed might be next if one is available.

I just got the powder dispenser to go with my pact scale a few weeks ago.  It works great, you will like it.
