I need to know how much out of round can a cast bullet be after it has been sized?I'am using 45 cal in a 50cal muzzleloader with a sabot. They are running .001-.002 out round is that close enough or do the have to be closer? They are .451-.452 dia. Kernbigo

Let the rifle tell you. Shoot them and see how they shoot. My bet is you'll never know they aren't perfect.

Ditto. A muzzle loader won't be bothered by this as much as a high powered rifle. One thousands of an inch is not worth your concern.
