non scout mauser mount

I was wanting to know what is the best/most affordable mount out there for a 98 mauser
I have looked at the ATI mount were you alter the stock , but wanted to know if that was
going to be strong enough to hold zero . Any info would be great

So why are you asking that question in a topic about reloading 7.62X54R....which a Mauser doesn't shoot?
