« on: December 30, 2009, 04:31:03 PM »
Looking for a starting point on a .357 max using 180 grain Cast Performance WFNCG bullets and H110 powder. Anything will help. Thanks.

180 GR. SPR TMJ SIL  Hodgdon  H110  .357"  1.990"  19.0  1544    21.0  1694

This is off of the Hodgdon online data. It is for pistol and jacketed bullets. I have never felt uncomfortable using jacketed data for cast bullets, even 110/269 but that's just my opinion.

For a starting load with that bullet & powder, I used 19.7gr.  New brass, CCI 400 primer, COL of 2.095"
This was used in a Contender, 10" bbl.
