Why I would not take a .22 to a gunfight
« on: January 01, 2010, 07:04:21 AM »
Warning this video is graphic.

A man shoots his attorney multiple times at point blank range but the attorney initially walks away to collapse some time well after the shooting stopped.

I agree with you Mikey. I would never willingly take a .22 to a gunfight. This poor man is a prime example of that. He would have had much more success with a larger caliber, or even a shotgun. ;) ;D

I was gonna ask what is the best caliber to use on lawyers, but some people don't have a sick sense of humor like me. ;D

When this first came out several years ago, it was reported in the local paper to be a 38??????

I read an article on this shooting shortly after it happened, it said there were two guns involved, he first emptied a .22 caliber derringer, missing with both shots, then fired 5 rounds from a .38 five shot revolver.  Hummmmm,  I guess that means the .38 is not sufficient for a gun fight either……. :o :o :o

I just wonder if the lawyer learned anything?

Apparently, a larger caliber is required to take down a lawyer.

He either didn't hit him in the right spot and/or didn't use the correct 38 Special ammo. Bad shot on a lawyer equals a bad shot on any other kind of critter. It just don't much matter what caliber your gun is.

I'm thinking that this guy shot the lawyer in the liver and a 38 isn't sufficient to penetrate a lawyers liver. I think they should legislate 357 magnum as minimum caliber for lawyer hunting.
99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.

I heard he shot him in the heart, but as most of us know, a lawyer has no heart.  ;)

If that's the case I guess a head shot would be a waste too, huh?

anywhere... I tell you I can go ANYWHERE in Atlanta to be insulted...  :(
But NOoooooo!  I've got to come here, among my friends and be called everything but a white man...  :'(
But I forgive you.   :-*
My heart is big enough for as many stakes as you want to stick in it...  :'(
If it makes you guys happy to demean this poor ol' country boy who's just trying to make an honest living standing up for the downtrodden masses... well go ahead and feel free to do all you want.   :'(  I'll willingly sacrafice my feelings if it makes you feel better about yourself...  :-*
'course the money I'll get when I sue your ass off for intentional infliction of emotional distress will help some but...  ;D

Oh, and Doug... I'll say a prayer for you when... 'um, if you should come up missing on our bear hunt in Maine this fall...  ;D
