Who makes a straight stock for NEF pardner?

 I am new to the site. My name is John Ghoat but most call me old Goat.
I love my 12 ga NEF and want to give it a make over. I tore my shoulder and now I am looking for a shorter straight stock for my nef pardner. Saw a blue one on a 20 ga that was for youth. The owner said it came that way. But, I just can't find who sells them.

I like the billy joke. I had a buddy whose last name was bottem. can you believe his parents name him harold. nothing like being known as harry bottem. Anyways you should be able to order the youth stock from www.hr1871.com however if you put a ad in the wanted section or look in the for sale section alot of times they can be had reasonably there.....

First welcome!

One of the Graybeard Sponors has replacement stocks for your gun.

This link is the one listed as the Straight rear stock and they will cut it to the lenght of pull you ask for.

 The gunstocksinc.com stocks look good, a bit pricey but this old gun would feel and look good in one. Any one get a stock from them. how much finishing do they need to fit good? and are the limbsavers pads worth it?

Welcome! I think you're SOL on a new one from H&R, the only adult straight stock they make now is the Buffalo Classic which is about $70 for the checkered walnut butt stock with curved steel butt plate, another $40 for the matching forend.

 If you or one of your buddies do any woodworking. Trmming the extra wood from your stocks would give you the straight stock. ;)  Also as far as the Limbsavers, Yes they work great.

Get ahold of Andy (MSPret) and talk to him about a straight stock.
He has done a few and might be willing to help you out.
He's one of the good guys here on GBO. ;D

I'm a straight stock junky. Andy cut this one for me and I refinished it based on a few tips from him.
