Not familiar with a S/T press.. could it be a SPARTAN T press?  The LYMAN Comet was an all American IIRC and used smaller dies.

If in kept in good condition both will likely outlive both of us loading bullets.

The ST is Lyman's Spartan with a six station turret head, making it a Spar-T.  It takes conventional dies and shell holders, it will be a very servicable press but, due to it's simple lever design, it requires a very sturdy bench for support.

The wood "assist" handle on the ST is an owner's add on.  Good idea if you don't have the original auto primer feed mechanism, but it would hit the primer magazine/feed tube if you used it.
