I wrote to LEE Precision and asked them the same question and this was the reply:

We cannot make a Case Length Gauge for the 204 Ruger because the neck diameter is too small.

Thank You
Lee Precision

So, I modified a 22/250 Case Length Gauge and made my own. I had seen others on GBO had done the same thing so I had to try it out.

Lyman makes an arbor for their standard case trimmer for the .204. I have one. It works fine.

I'll just get a pilot for my Rcbs case trimmer.   I like it when doing a bunch of cases .  But don't like changing it for some reason . when I do 50 or less I like the lee trimmers and the old drill.
Thanks again

Here's the one I fixed up. It is a dedicated tool for just the .204 as the threads are secured with thread-lock to prevent movement.
If I make another one I'm going to use the mandrel from a collet die (as shown in the picture), cut off to a proper length and cut 10-24 threads to fit the cutter. I prefer the hardened pin used for the decapper. The newer LEE case length gauges no longer have the hardened pins.

UPDATE

Discovered that the LEE Universal Decapper Pin has the same diameter as the .204 Ruger collet mandrel and they are $2.00 each from LEE. So today I cut one to (approximate) length and threaded the end and this is what it looks like after final adjustments:
