Can anyone post a link or information that verifys that it is legal to ship a ML to a private individual in Mi. There seems to be some confusion among FFL dealers and retailers.

Depends on what ML you're referring to, Contenders, Encore, Huntsman, Optima Elites for example are all firearms even tho they have may have a ML barrel on them. The other issue that's confusing is some states require dealers only to ship MLs to FFLs while individuals can ship them to other individuals. Cabelas has a list of states that have restrictions on who they can ship firearms to, other states may have restrictions on non-licensees too, so it would be a good idea to check with local law enforcement for both parties.
