Colt New Service Gunsmith

I have a Colt New Service that does not carry up to its fully locked position when thumb cocked. Does any one know of a gunsmith that works on these revolvers?

4296, hang on. I had a guy in Ohio that worked on a NS for me a few years ago. He did good work and specialized in the old Colts. Don't know if he still does it. I've got to find his address and I'll PM it to you. Hunman55
