MS muzzleloader?

going to order new barrel for my encore to use on whitetails during MS muzzle loader season,must be .35cal or larger.What do you recomend and why?
had 45/70 handi rifle that i used ,but didnt like the handi rifle.

what are the rules on cal, length of case, type of case and what range you want to shoot and wether you want dual use?

35 Whelen will give you 300yd range during the entire season.  I use 45-70 in MS for the season, but none of my shots are over 75yds.

Is the question which cal muzzleloader would we recomend for hunting deer. In Oklahoma we can not use a rifle during muzzleloader season must be a front end loader. I use the 45 and the 50 cal but prefer the 45 but there again it comes down to what each one likes. Most of my shots are under 60 yards. I like a 225 powerbelt with 100 grns tripple 7

The OP means a centerfire rifle barrel for the Mississippi Primitive Weapons season which allows single shot centerfire hammer guns like the Encore, .35 cal and larger.
