.308/30-06 Plain Base Cast Loads

Can anyone recommend some good plain base (i.e. not gas checked) cast bullet loads for .308 and 30-06?

I thinking of  plinking loads.  Quiet and hopefully accurate.

Both my 30 caliber molds are gas check designs but they shoot pretty good if shot unsized and dip lubed in Alox. I use 7-9 grains of Unique or universal clays. The down side is these bullets really do ricochet badly and penetrate impressivly.
