SK and Wolf are made in the same plant, so I was told via Champion Shooters when I tried to oder 2 cases of Wolf ME.  I've been told the same thing by a number of benchrest and bullseye shooters.   Can't speak to Lapua.

I can assure you that it is not the same as a Lapua, I can see that they all might be using same casing and so same priming compound,  but Lapua's bullets are light color lead, where Wolf are dark black bullets, I have not seen SK stuff yet.
rumors is that wolf + SK are using LApuas brass (and primer) but it could be the other way around as well
wolf is made in Germany and also Lapua Club is made there so they might be similiar if not the same,    but the higher grade of Lapua is made in Finland (Master,  Midas etc),
hope someone can put more insight to this topic

Lapua Super Club = Wolf Match Extra = SK Match

Lapua Standard Club = Wolf Match Target = SK Standard
