Leather Holster for Springfield Armory XD 9mm

I have the 5" brl version of the XD in 9mm.  I want a good quality leather holster and mag pouch.  All the holsters I see at Midway USA are for the 3" or 4" versions.  Any suggestions? 

PS This gun is not for any type of concealed carry.  I just want a better holster for when I wear it around the farm.

It would be hard to beat any of the various El Paso Saddlery holsters available for this gun, or possibly a Blackhawk Serpa holster.
