Thanks Guys, it looks like i made it, the recovery is a lot more involved than i thought it would be and i really hate doing nothing but i'm looking at it as a trade for doing more later.In all reality I'm a very lucky guy who took his buddy to the doctor and decided to get some very minor things checked out while i was there, I would have never made a special trip and appointment to get them checked. Make sure to get the little things checked out the surgeon told me that the first real noticeable symptom of  a problem was dying of a heart attack for over 50% of us. Thanks and take care Gene
