how long will sac oil stay useable or is their a way to perserve it?  thanks

 as long as there are no meat particles or blood in it, it will stay good.

 A plastic bottle or jar will work fine.You can also freeze it if you want, and thaw it out as you use it.

small plastic bottle if you are actively using it or shipping it....BUT to store it use glass bottles with good plastic caps.... metal caps are okay providing you dont get rusting which just lessens life of cap.
