Well even though I am on a DIET and not buying guns or gunstuff......I popped into the local GM and was wandering looking at the selections.
My son (9 in a few days) and I were passing the Rossi's and noticed the SALE tag on the Youth 20/.223. I widened my eyes. Did the HMMMMM and went to get soem help. I won't let you know what I paid.....suffice it to say some one fell asleep and failed to wake up before the tagged it.
So my little guy will be 9 in a few days and has another rifle and shotgun! I am happy to add it to the pile. I think thats 6 Rossi now.....I hope its a shooter. I have the 30.06/12 combo and the .06 has not dialed in yet.
I got my .308 grouping cast like NO ONES business. So I shoot 165 gr cast at baseball pitch speed. I can do a silver dollar at 60 yds. Hoping the .223 can hold up at 100- 150 yds with a nice pattern. The short stock is fun....even for me!
