I know many think that Alex is a fear monger and he does exaggerate a bit but the fact is that this is happening to us right now....

Is the flyer in question really from the FBI or is it sham?  The youtube link calls it a "suspected FBI flyer".  The OP calls it an FBI flyer.  The flyer either came from the FBI or it did not.  Until someone proves that it came from the FBI I ain't going to believe it.

This stuff came from Prison Planet, the same folks who claim that FEMA has all those concentration camps ready to receive us non-believers.  Prison Planet also claims that those big long covered rail cars are for hauling us off to those concentration camps.  Right!!!!

I understand why the gun shop owners feel the way they do, and I agree with them.

But I got a kick out of how the first clip had been formatted. The reported explains that gun shop owners should be on the look out for customers who insist on paying with cash only, and who might have missing hands and fingers and chemical burns and stains on their clothing. Then Jim Snow more or less says, "well, that describes my entire customer base." :D I was thinking that Jim has a rather odd bunch of customers in his neck of the woods.

I have no problem with profiling.  So far our problems have come from Muslim men, usually fairly young.  I think if we profile, at least start with them.

profile the minority/foreign/likely suspects who don't fit in and might actually have an ideological reason to terrorize us, not average joe

the hand/finger thing is probably because lots of freelance "cooks" and "operative" burn themselves or blow off/cripple fingers when they get sloppy.  I've seen ieds and they are pretty volatile at times.  when they wire them up the things go off sometimes- ask anyone you know that's been in the iraqi streets and they'll tell you about a hajji that got sloppy and left a sloppy mess on the streets at night (marines get trash bags and clean them up)

though here in america that kind of profiling is not necessary, not the hand thing I mean.  blue collar country guys who work for a living get dinged up and I DO think it's a wedge to get deeper in the profiling.  I have to wonder what about the muslims, why aren't THEY on the profile?

I am a bleeding heart lib but even I have no problem changing the 4473 to ask, DO YOU HAVE HANDS? CHECK 1, 2 OR NONE. With no hands, who are you buying that FN SCAR for anyway?
