Slicking Up Rossi/Puma Rifles

Is there a way to slick up or smooth out the action of a very
tight Rossi 92 rifle short of employing a gunsmith?

Got the DVD from AGI had no problem with instruction was a big help,and now gun is slick and smooth.

I did my own, but have done quite a few over the years. I use my Model 92 now more than my good ole 3030. It is pretty much in my Jeep any time I leave the house.

Dee, what caliber is the Rossi 92 that has replaced your
trusty ole 30-30 as a carry rifle in your jeep?

357 magnum. My 3030 and it have exactly the same sight setup front and rear. The transition from rifle to rifle to rifle is easy. The Rossi has a 24" octagon, while the 3030 is a Carbine, or saddle gun.
My area is really starting to populate, and I was worried about the range, and the 357 mag, will do anything the 3030 will do out to about 100 yards.
The 92 has really nice walnut that I stripped and refinished as soon as I did the action job. It turned out to look just like my 1958 Winchester 94.
Here they are together. It's hard to believe that the 3030 is about 47 years old than the 357 mag. It's got a lot of carry wear but still shoots true, and the Model 92 might out shoot it at 100 yards.
