I have never esed the 125s in an 06 but I have some for my 308.  They were made by Cor-Bon and hold very tight groups at 200 yards.  Almost one half inch.  I did try some crazy testing on a few 2x4s and they little projectiles are still penitrating better then most varmint calibers, but they dont do the damage the larger 175gr match would.
I have shot a doe with one and did not get complete penitration but it killed here quit well,I suspect the rounds in the 06 would penitrate all the way through a coyote, however they might leave a mess of the pelt.
