Hodgdon Trail Boss Data Error - from 7mm BR Topic Posting

Members:  Quick recently posted a link to Hodgdon's Trail Boss Reloading Data in response to an inquiry regarding the 7mm BR.  While looking at that page, the data shown for the .243 Wincester appears to be erroneous.  Hodgdon states to use 70% of the maximum charge weight as a starting load, but the starting load shown for the .243 is not 70% of the maximum shown - it is only 52%:

.243 Winchester  100 gr Speer Maximum 15.3 grains  Starting 8.0 grains

They also have an incorrect bullet diameter listed:

I'll probably give Hodgdon a call on this - their online Reloading Data Center is also showing the same, apparently incorrect, information:

Update:  Contacted Hodgdon about this.  They are saying that the 70% starting load is a recommendation for a starting point but, in the case of the .243 and some other cartridges, they have actually tested lower percentages and have found them safe to use.  Thus the load information presented for the .243 is correct.
