Best velocities with 16 inch 5.56 using 69-75 gr. bullets

I have a 1 in 9 inch twist and would like to take advantage of the heavier bullets available, especially the 69-75 gr. match HP's out there. It will be used for a narrow spectrum of game, raccons to feral hogs. What powder will give me acceptable accuracy and the highest velocities?

H332, H335, WW748, AA1680, AA2230, VVN130, VVN133, Varget, etc etc.  About every powder manufacturer has good powders for 5.56.
