Going $ Rate for a Glock 19
« on: January 29, 2010, 05:40:58 PM »
I live in Michigan and i'm just curious whats the going rate for a NIB Glock 19 3rd Gen with Fixed Sights. Most of the gun shop around me sell them for around $550 + tax. Its this high/low/reasonable?

Thanks Zack

I've not been to the gun shops lately but late 2008 and early 2009 all the Glocks were going for around $500 new and $400 used in this area assuming they were bone stock with no night sights or other added goodies. Most likely up at least some from that now since everything else is.

I was hearing about 460 for the ffl's cost just to get one, so profit and shipping have to bump it up to about five  :'(

If it costs the ffl $460 to buy with shipping and profit it should be lots more than $500.  Each sale needs to add enough for lights, building, overhead of all kinds and payroll for the help as well as the profit.

They are going for $560.00 at the place I do business with here. The 19 C is more.

Hi,

New to this site, but just saw this thread.

Here in Grand Rapids they are going for $520. Of course, you could always join the GSSF.

Current dealer cost at the last four or five places I've looked has averaged $440.  Add shipping will bring the price up another 25 bux or so.  I'm buying a like new 19 on Monday for $450 and not complaining one bit, especially since its a FTF deal.

I just paid $529 + tax the other day for a 19. Very pleased with this gun, not my first Glock, but definitely my favorite.

Bought mine in June of last year for $464. The same store is now at $486 for the 19. That price is reflects a 25% markup for that gun dealer--the same markup at which he sells all of his guns.

$398 from GT Distributors in Austin TX.  Tax would put it around $425.  That's for the new Gen 4 models too.

Well, not a new one, but I just got a G19 3rd gen factory refurb LE, w/ new gun warranty, 3 hi cap LE mags and night sights for $399. He's got more of them if anyone is interested.
