Tennesse Gun parts

Has anyone dealt with Tennesse Gun Parts?

  I ordered some Mauser bolt parts from them on 12/24/2009, ( paid with PayPal) I have the Recipt from PP. but no parts?  His web site say Don't call before 14 days, also says delivery could take 3 - 4 weeks.

   I attemped to call the no. on the web site, - disconnected!!  and he does not answer my E-Mails??

  Is he legit, or is he super slow?

I ordered some parts about a year and a half ago, received parts quickly no problems.  I received excellent service.
