any rule changes

N. M. has changed some rules(not too happy about)
they have raised appl. fee to $24. from i think it was $6
before they charged your credit card or bank card $550. when and if you drew out, now they want it all up front. this means they will hold app. fee and lic. fee
for 3-4 mo. then if you do not draw they will send the lic. fee back and
i bet that will take them 3-4 mo.

Looks like Arizona dropped the number of tags availible for Elk and Pronghorns in all the areas. No price change,but we had sticker shock a few years back
