Hi Steve and CW....

....just thinking....I've had folks ask if I was that guy drdougrx from on-line at the gun club or once while at Wild Hill.  Kinda freaky and I just wonder how much I wanna put out there.

Just wondering what other think.

Beautiful guys. I think the wife is getting me a Redhawk Ruger in 44 mag for our anniversary for me to hunt with. She sure has been asking a lot about them. I am going to be a little dissapointed if she wants it for herself, but I will have to find loads and make sure they will work on deer of course either way!

Nice pics guys. I love to see guns people are proud of!

I hope to kill something with all of these this year. The 7.5" SRH in .44 mag with m8 2x Leupold will be used on  deer, the 6.5" Blackhawk in .41 mag will be used on hogs, the 6.5" SSS will be used on squirrels, and the H&R 949 will kill whatever vermin is left. ;D

I enjoy seeing guns people are proud of, like Damon said.  The way he put it is just a bit more "personal" than just "seeing guns".   I would add that I enjoy seeing guns people have personalized by interjecting a piece of their soul into their handgun. .32 mag. Vaquero

Love the Ruger Collection. Slowly building my own. I have the 6.5" SSS just like yours.

Love the custom pistol wood.

Love the T/C's. Thinking about purchasing a G2 Contender rifle down the road.

Some packin' revolvers-

A Smith 629, a Ruger Flat Top, and a short barreled Super Blackhawk.  All .44 mags.

I don't have any as fancy as some I've seen, but here's my two S&W's. The Model 67 is for general woods outings and the 29 is for hunting.

Is the 29 Nickel?  Looks nice!

I've always liked good nickel but don't see much of it these days.

I've got a 64 & I was thinking about putting adjustable sights on it but shoots pretty much to the POA so except for a better sight picture, with a "square" rear sight, I wouldn't gain much.

Yup, the 29-2 is nickel. I love shooting it. It is one of the few guns I have ever had that is accurate with any load, but it was also my dad's. I should probably just leave in it's wood case, but my dad carried it as a police officer and as a result I love being out & about with it in its shoulder holster. Plus it provides that good "Dirty Harry" feeling when you're wearing it, and who doesn't love that. :-)
