Does anyone know anything about these scopes? I can't believe no one knows anything. Thompson Center is bases right here in Good'ole NH and they make excellent rifles. They probably sub out the scopes but I would think their standards would be somewhat high, due to the quality of their firearms.

Sorry cocojo, I can not comment on them. I have no experiene with them.  I believe that they are made by Hakko, but could be wrong too.

I have a 4X with the circle that I have used on a turkey gun. I have had some problems with Thompson and will never buy anything they make again but the scope I have is OK. I know they don't make their own scopes so they may be pretty good  . Don

I have been really tempted by TC's scope offerings.  They offer desirable magnification ranges and modest prices.  The general high reagrd TC has earned with thier firearms and older TSOB scopes added to my interest.  But I haven't seen any reviews or comments that have pushed me to try one.  I've wondered if their scopes would hold up on high power spring air rifles.  Guess I ought to email them direct.

I bought a TC pistol scope years ago and used it on my 44 mag Ruger.
After about 10 years of use, I took it out and it had what looked like a piece of a seal that had come loose and was visible when looking through it.  I emailed them, they said to send it back, and they replaced it with a brand new scope.  The only thing I can say, is their warranty service is excellent from my experience.

:D I have a 3-9X32 pistol scope on a 14" 223 Contender.
NO problems, good light gathering, clear optics, adjustment's are fairly precise, The 9X is great for long shot's at small critter's. Target aqusition is a little slow. T/C has great warrenty service and make's the best singleshot handguns on the planet, including the barrel's.

That being said I like my bushnell trophy 2-6X32 better that is on my 14" 7-30 waters. Very precise and repeapable adjustment's, almost no blackout, quicker on target aqusition, finger adjustable turrets and the best part (cheaper), OOP's I mean (Less Expensive).
I am also looking for a rifle scope but probly not a T/C.
Just my 2cent's worth.
Failure is not an option

I have never had one of their rifle scopes but do have some pistol scopes.  I really like the 2-7's that I have.  I purchased a 1.5-4 I think it was one time and it looked very cheap.  The quality was no where near the same as the 2-7's.  I asked them who made their scopes and they told me they were made by several Asian manufactures but would not tell me who.  From my examination, the 2-7 closely resembles a Weaver and the 1.5-4 closely resembles a Tasco not just looks of the scopes but also the scopes specifiactions).  I made a post about this once and Graybeard said that just because it looks like another brand does not mean it is, and he is right.  But I do now that all their scopes are not made by the same company, so I would look at one before buying it to make sure of the quality.  By the way, I have never had any problems with my 2-7's on big handguns and I returned the 1.5-4 to the store.
