Something wrong with this scene. It looked tame or something. I had a red fox in a trap when I was 18. I found out that day what a wild animal was. I took my Sheridan pellet gun and shot it in the head, but just a little low so I got a fence post and rapped it over the head as hard as I could twice. Thinking it was dead I took it out of the trap. A few seconds later It took off awful fast so I took off after it for 100 yds. Just as I jumped on it the thing stumbles and I over jump it just in time for it to bite my hand. As it clamps down on my hand I beat the thing over the head and I pumped my Pellet gun 4-5 times and shot it in the head. I knew it was dead cause it went totally limp. That yote didn't have near the spunk of my fox experience. Lucky I had good leather gloves on, the teeth marks showed it almost went through the leather or I'd end up with rabies shots. Now way in hell would I put my bare hands on that yote.
