Glock Slide Refinish LWD, Black Oxide

LWD says this will be the "old style" dull finish. Has anyone sent there Glock to Lone Wolf and had this done?

I assume this will be placed on top of the tenifer just as factory does?

This is what they say but I have not seen one in person. But I'd bet its good as new.

Lone Wolf Black Oxide finish is the same used on original Glock pistols prior to 2003. This finish offers great wear resistance and rust protection and has the ability to absorb oils, waxes and lacquers enhancing the appearance while protecting the barrel. The matt finish also reduces light glare, lowering eye fatigue under intense light conditions over long periods of time. Includes refinish of the slide & barrel only. Refinish runs start the 10th of each month. Your parts must arrive at Lone Wolf the week prior to the start of the run. Approximately 2 - 4 week turn around time.
