horizontal gun cabinet
« on: February 04, 2010, 03:45:39 PM »
Good day,

Wow, love this large font -- helps these ole' eyeballs!! My question is as follows.
I have an oak, tongue & grooved, reloading bench; it doesn't move.  It is nestled below, and between, two
caninets; thus creating what could be converted into a wall gun cabinet -- and I would like to make it horizontal.  It would entail building two glass doors, and engineering gun racks.
Do any of you cabinet makers, or just gifted carpenters, know of sources for plans or blueprints?  My thought is (and I have to be carefull about thinking ::) that I might be able to use some of their engineering. ::)
Any input appreciated.  Hope you and yours are well and looking forward to a grand new year! ;D

God Bless

badshotlal,
I'm not sure you will find drawings of what you want.  I would sit down and draw something on paper that looks similiar to what you want and then plug in measurements.  I'm sure you could do this on your own.  I make my own plans all the time.
