22 LR Sportster in stock a Buds

I got my new 22 Long Rifle Sportster in today from Buds Gun Shop, $141.00 shipped to my FFL .7 days from order to pickup at FFL. Very pleased all round. 26-t ;D I added the scope later ,not part of the Buds deal 26-t

Was the barrel drilled/tapped for the scope rail ? I'm thinking of getting a Sportster 22LR or a 22Mag. but wasn't shure if it was just open sights or also tapped for Scope.
