about a mile from that point is the river, and the fence is around a major terminal and storage tank facility. its US Customs, international trade zone, etc etc. 
I can't imagine the penalty that would be handed out  :o

the first pic is hard to see but there are about a dozen little cinammon colored young uns.  they were the first to hook it back into the thick stuff when I started towards the fence.

Couldn't hurt to ask the Terminal Guard Watch Commander if there is a way to obtain permission to take hogs from there.  Could very well be that No One has ever asked.  Of course, if the answer is "No", that's OK too.

Sometimes asking gets you into some good shooting.  With some good side benefits.

I asked about a permit to remove problem Beaver, that got me a gate key, and authorization to drive my truck into to a highly restricted area.    While there I can also park and call in predators.  Then I was asked by the people of the area to remove some problem Bears.
