« on: February 19, 2010, 01:31:53 PM »
Going for a little winter walk about. My 2 brothers & I are hitting the woods for a couple days. Tarp, sleeping bag , Little bit of food. & my henry 22 mag. Just got 2 days, but it will be nice to get out of the house. We try to do this once a year but its getting harder & harder to get away. Gotta keep in practice , cuase the kids wanna start doing some backpack or canoe camping.

Stimpy,
A 7 year old will get you back into shape.  Just try to follow her around. ;D

I hit the trail in the Sipsey Wilderness last week for a few hrs. Did the Borden Creek trail and back. Beautiful day to get out and hike. Christmas day I was feeling to stuffed so I hit the road walking. Spotted deer trails and would take them down into the woods for a little way and then back up to the road. By the time I got back I'd done nearly 5 miles. Rest of the house was napping! ;D
