223 69 grain bullet loads

I need some suggested loads for my new 223 using Varget and 69 grain Matchkings.

Page 139 has load data specifically for the Sierra HPBT #1380 - 69 gr. Matchking and has Varget amongst the listed powders.
Suggested starting load - 23.4 gr. Varget

The Seirra Manual has Data Also.    My Rifles Like a Midrange load of Varget with Winchester brass and Rem 71/2 Primers.
Get a Manual And Load some up starting low working up till ya find what yours likes.
