I called my first one in Saturday also.  Had the quiver rabbit about 80 yards out in front of me.  Did not have a whole lot of confidence in my ability to call, so I sat for an hour.  At 8:00 I blew a distressed rabbit call.  At 8:07 a tan one came creeping up.  Put the cross hairs on his chest 170 yards out and yipped.  When he stopped, I shot.  He spun around about 6 times and then ran in some thick stuff.  Followed a blood trail until it quit.  Used a 223. I will use a 22-250 next time.
I was addicted before, now its worse.
The difference between people who do stuff and people who don't do stuff is that the people who do stuff do stuff.

We made Varmint Al's el cheapo call. It works excellent!
