Is a 6.5x06 the same as a 6.5x06 A-Square? I'm not knowledgeable enough to know.

I do not have drawing of the 6.5 A-squared, but would guess that there is a difference in shoulder angle. Seems like any time someone puts a name on a round that they change the shoulder angle at least.

I was looking at the Midway catalog for dies. The only 6.5x06 they list is the A-Square. Midsouth lists 6.5x06 dies. There seems to be no shortage of 6.5 wildcats.

same thing, A Square got it approved by SAAMI so they have their name on it.
